- Tap "Post your event". It opens an email to the George with the details already laid out — what, when, where, who it's for, cost, and who to contact.
- George reads it. Everything gets a look before it goes up, so the board stays useful. Nothing commercial, nothing unkind.
- Up it goes. Usually within a day or two — on this page, and the best ones on the George's Facebook too.
Free room for community groups
Charities and community groups can use the Phillips Bar, our function room upstairs, free of charge for meetings and fundraisers. The only cost is bar staff at £13 an hour if you'd like the upstairs bar open.
